If you didn’t make it to the Self Love Seminar last Saturday, don’t fret, keep reading for a self love crash course. If you were there, here are some bonus materials to help you continue unlocking deeper self love.
Dr. Pat Allen defines love as “the commitments we are willing to make and keep." Love requires action. And self-love is about nurturing our own wellbeing. It’s not just about happiness, it’s also about resilience. Resilience can be defined as the ability of an object to spring back into shape; elasticity.
We cannot expect a part of us to be able to spring back into shape if we’re denying it or trying to crush it into submission. The essence of love and the Divine is oneness. Anything we try to separate out does not have a shot at love and will continue to cause us pain.
Love is all inclusive. Our faults and fears are granted the same VIP ticket to the Love Party as the parts we believe worthy of entry. The heart of self love is learning to love the unlovable aspects of ourselves. This transmits to our ability to love others more fully.
So let’s get into loving action! Transform negative thought patterns and boost love in every part of your life with this FREE Self Love Guide.
Another gift (because I love you so much) is this Loving Kindness meditation from the seminar that will help you find more compassion for yourself and others, including that person you’re not so crazy about. Press play.
Remember, we can't transmit what we haven't got. Focus on self love and let's light this place up!
